Aqua and Red Party

January 28, 2011

I bought a Red and Aqua 1/2 yard bundle from Amy's Pinked Fabrics.

The weather has been non stop snow here and although I haven't blogged about it, I am doing lots of sewing! I decided to take my new fabric and make a few things to stock my shop.

I have this elephant pattern all finished but I am fussing around with the finishing touches.  He's called Lucky the Elephant.  More on that in a few days!

These fabrics are bright and fun for sure!  A Love Your Lunch Box

and then 2 crayon art folios that are exactly the same since I was so happy with the combination

AHHH!  Looking at those pictures together makes me think of summer-  I am going to buy more of the flowers to make some cute skirts for my girls!

I have bought fabric bundles before but never just used them together.  Isn't that funny?  I always try to mix them in with the fabrics I already have to make them last longer but this was awesome!  So easy & cute.
